Reference only. Posted signs and the law always apply. Zone rules, routes, depths, weather and tides are shown to help you plan. They can be out of date or wrong. You are responsible for operating your vessel safely and for following posted signs, navigation rules and Florida law (including FAC Chapter 68C-22). Don't rely on the app as your only source of navigation, and don't use it while it would distract you from safe operation.
The AI Captain. The Captain answers using data the app provides, but it can still be wrong. Check anything that matters before acting on it.
Free features. Manatee zone information, live zone alerts, offline downloads, weather and tides, float plans, location sharing, the anchor alarm, hazard reports and places are free.
Free trial and Plus. New accounts get 14 days of every feature. After that, Plus features (end-to-end navigation with depth routing, the AI Captain and trip planning) need a Plus subscription at $9.99 per month or $99 per year. On the website it's billed by Stripe; in the Android app it's billed by Google Play and managed in your Google Play subscriptions. It renews automatically each month or year unless you cancel before your next payment. You can cancel any time and keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't prorate partial periods unless the law requires it.
Your account. Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must give a real email address.
Acceptable use. Don't misuse the service, try to break or overload it, scrape it, or use it to harm or harass anyone. Location sharing is only for people who've agreed to be tracked.
Businesses. Featured listings are covered by the listing terms.
No warranty and limits. The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Changes. We may update the app and these terms. If we make a material change we'll update the date above.
